Transparency
Public audience
HantaTracker publishes its audience metrics in real time, in the open. Visitors see exactly the same numbers as the editor.
Why this page?
For a public-health information site, transparency about who reads it builds trust in the source. This page exposes:
- Visits and unique visitors (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Most-visited pages (map, glossary, prevention…).
- Visitor countries (aggregated by region).
- Traffic sources (search, social, direct).
No individual data is exposed. Stats are aggregated and provided by Plausible Analytics, a European service with no cookies or personal identifiers. See the privacy policy.
Live dashboard
Data source: Plausible Analytics. Direct link: public dashboard.
Method & limitations
- No cookies, no individual tracking. Visitors are never identified. Plausible uses a daily hashed and anonymised fingerprint to estimate unique visitors per 24h.
- Ad blockers. Some blockers filter Plausible. Real audience is therefore slightly higher than displayed (typically by 5-15%).
- Bots. Plausible filters known bots automatically, but occasional spikes can persist.
- No individual demographics. No age, gender, cross-site browsing or reconstructed history.
