The United States applies a strict protocol: American passengers are escorted by a CDC team to the National Quarantine Unit in Omaha (Nebraska) for a 42-day quarantine (ending 22 June 2026). Since 1 June 2026, asymptomatic passengers may complete it at home under State monitoring. No American national has tested positive to date.
